This beautiful home is furnished to a very high standard and a perfect for smaller families wanting a base for their vacation. The home has tile throughout the ground floor, helping to keep the feel to the house nice and cool. The three bedrooms are all upstairs with the master having an en-suite bathroom, they all have beautiful linens, the other two are twin rooms. The block-paved yard is walled both sides with a gate at the back giving guests a view of the lake. In the yard is a hot tub for you to relax in when wanting to wind down after a long day. The home is only one house away from the community clubhouse, so has the added bonus of being an extremely short walk from all the facilities - almost like having a pool in the yard.
Terre Verde has a guarded security gate house entrance which when entered has beautifully landscaped gardens and has a clubhouse immediately in front of you. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and is a great place for guests to find out information about the local area. There is also a games room and video arcade room within the clubhouse and the IT center allows you to catch up on emails whilst on vacation.
