The Master Bedroom, lounge and pool all enjoy the undisturbed Views of the 9th, Tee and Lake. The pool is enclosed within a Lanai. There is a Barbecue, double garage, and garden. For a once off charge of $200 you will have full use of the Golf Club, Club House, Olympic Swimming Pool, Gym, Hot Tub Sauna and Flood lit Tennis Courts. The Club House is a 5min walk. Golf must be pre booked when booking the villa if required $200 fee payable directly to Tara GCC.
Pool can be Heated at a cost of £60 per week. Optional.

Local Information: A 20min drive will bring you to Outlet malls, Long boat Keys and Anna Marie Island are approximately a 45min drive. Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, Mayakka State Park and Venice where you can Wind Surf or simply enjoy the beautiful White Sandy Beaches with there amazing Sunsets.This is also a 45min drive away.

Our villa is situated on top of the 400-acre Lake Davenport, neighboring Disney World in Florida. This quiet community can be found on Highway 27 just south of Highway 192.
The location provides quick and easy access to Orlando and Tampa airports as well as Disney World (15 minutes) and all the famous attractions of central Florida, while located close to all the best restaurants and shopping malls. The villa comes with a private heated swimming pool and double garage. The private, screened swimming pool, measuring 15x30ft features a large floodlit deck. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite shower, queen sized bed, a walk in closet providing plenty of storage area for clothing and other items, a work desk with telephone, large screen television. It also features its own doorway to the pool area – perfect for those early morning swims. The Guest Master Bedroom also comes with a queen-sized bed. The third and fourth bedroom house two twin beds each, add the double-sofa bed in the lounge and 10 people can be easily and comfortably accommodation for the period of your stay. The pool has been designed to be as safe as possible for swimmers of all ages. Its depth ranges from 3′ to 5′ in a very gentle slope. The underwater lighting offers a great opportunity to swim at night if the feeling takes you!
Optional pool heat is available (at additional cost) and the water is constantly maintained (when necessary) at approximately 28°C – 29°C (83°f – 85°f) using an electric water heater.
