Santana Place is a 4 bedroom with 1 Master suite, 1 Full bedroom & 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. 2 full bathrooms, with plenty of towels. Master bath has a large walk in shower and exterior door for easy access to pool. 3 bedrooms have TV's, 1 twin room has a playstation with games. The master has a dvd player.
Eat- In- Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, toaster, blender, pot/ pans, dishes and everything you would need. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a large table. Family room has a 50” Wide screen television with digital cable T.V. with many channels, Dvd player and many movies For the kids and adults to enjoy, there are no movies above the pg13 rating. There are many board games. There is High Speed wireless Internet Service free of charge. Telephone with voicemail is available for All Local And Long Distance Calls within the United States at No Extra Charge. There is a washer and dryer to keep up with clean laundry and to always have dry towels.
In the backyard there is an over sized screened in Heated Pool with a large patio with a lani to enjoy the outdoors even when it is raining. Outdoor furniture has a table with 4 padded seats. There are also 4 padded lounge chairs to lie and enjoy the Florida sun.
